Yard and Decorating Rules
Both the Most Beautiful Yard Contest and the Halloween and Christmas Decorating Contests are intended to encourage everyone in the neighborhood to maintain their premises as much as possible, and these rules are intended to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity at being a winner.
1. A house may only win one of the three contests per calendar year.
2. A house may only win each of the contests once per two calendar years.
3. The judges will select a winner and two (or more if they determine) honorable mentions.
4. The prize will be a sign for display that will be returned after one month (so it can be re-used in following years).
5. The judges' decisions are final.
